You must request a refund within 14 days after purchase or course enrollment. You may receive your money back if you utilize less than 25% of the course contents. A certificate of completion or a substantial portion of the course is considered used and cannot be returned/awarded.

If your request qualifies, our staff will analyze it and return the money to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please be aware that any relevant transaction costs, such as foreign exchange fees, might reduce the refund.

- Bundled courses or special promotional packages were specified as non-refundable at the time of purchase.

To get a complete refund or credit toward another event, you must cancel your participation in a live webinar or workshop at least 48 hours before the event's planned start time.
Refund Exceptions
Although we make every effort to provide flexibility, there are certain circumstances in which refunds won't be given, such as:
- Requests submitted after the time frame for qualifying for a refund have passed.
- Refunds are possible for courses that have been utilized more than is allowed.

Refunds for Third-Party Purchases
